Menominee Tribe, County Seek Public Input on Community Revitalization

KESHENA, WI- The Menominee Indian Tribe and Menominee County are asking residents to help shape the future of Keshena and Neopit through a new community revitalization initiative. Community members are invited to complete a survey, use an interactive mapping tool, or attend upcoming design workshops to share ideas for future businesses, housing, parks, and other community improvements. The Keshena workshop will be held August 4, while the Neopit workshop is scheduled for August 6, with both running from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Local residents will work alongside planners, architects, engineers, and economic development professionals to create a shared vision for each community. Final concepts and recommendations based on public input are expected to be completed this October.
