TIGERTON, WI – The Tigerton School District is accepting applications to fill a vacancy on its Board of Education following a recent resignation.
District officials announced the opening is for one of the board seats representing the Village of Tigerton and are encouraging qualified residents to consider serving their community.
To be eligible, applicants must be of voting age and reside within the Village of Tigerton.
Letters of interest and completed applications must be submitted by Friday, July 3. The Board of Education is expected to review applications and make an appointment during the middle of July.
The individual selected will serve the remainder of the current term, which runs through April 2028.
School district officials say serving on the board provides an opportunity to help guide the future of the district by participating in decisions involving educational programs, finances, facilities, and long-term planning.
Additional information and application materials are available through the Tigerton School District. Interested residents are encouraged to apply before the July 3 deadline.
