Bonduel’s postseason run came to an end Wednesday with a 7-4 loss to Brillion in a WIAA Regional Final matchup. The Bears collected nine hits, including a solo home run by Beckett Hartlaben and a triple from Jackson Rudzinski, but could not overcome Brillion’s three-run sixth inning. Bonduel led 3-2 early before the Lions answered with five runs over the third and fourth innings to take control. Hartlaben and Rudzinski each recorded four total bases in the loss. The Bears finished the season with a 18-7 record after advancing to the regional championship game.

Crivitz’s season came to an end Wednesday with a 10-0 loss to unbeaten Kewaunee in a WIAA Division 3 Regional Final. The Storm scored two runs in the second and third innings before pulling away with six more runs over the fourth and fifth frames. Kewaunee’s Brett Paulsen threw a five-inning no-hitter, striking out nine, while Connor Kilgore led the offense with three hits, a triple, and three RBIs. Crivitz finished the season with a 20-4 record after reaching the regional championship game.
