Menasha 10, Green Bay West 0
Menasha dominated from the opening whistle Tuesday, cruising to a 10-0 victory over Green Bay West in varsity girls soccer action at Calder Stadium.
The Bluejays controlled possession throughout and piled up 22 total shots, including 16 on goal. Menasha wasted little time building momentum, scoring all 10 goals in the opening period.
Senior Sophia Sierra led the offensive attack with two goals on two shots on goal, while junior Josie Fonder contributed a strong all-around performance with two goals and two assists. Menasha finished with five assists as a team and converted nearly half of its shot attempts.
Defensively, the Bluejays were just as sharp. Senior goalkeeper Madison Mulder recorded the shutout and made the lone save she faced as Menasha earned its eighth win of the season.

#6 Winneconne 9, Green Bay East 0
Winneconne continued its strong season Tuesday with a commanding 9-0 victory over Green Bay East in varsity girls soccer action.
The Wolves controlled the match from start to finish, scoring eight goals in the opening period before adding another in the second half. Winneconne generated 19 shots, all on goal, and consistently pressured the Red Devils’ defense throughout the contest.
Junior Harper Neace paced the offensive attack with two goals and one assist while finishing with a perfect shooting performance on her two shots on goal. The Wolves totaled five assists as a team and converted nearly half of their shot attempts into goals.
The win improved the Wolves to 16-2 on the season.
