The Manawa Girls finished in 1st at their home meet. The Wolves were led by Ava Flanagan winning the 200-meter dash in 28.73 seconds while also taking second in the 100. Penelope Ayala added a runner-up finish in the 400 and captured first place in the pole vault at 9 feet, while the Wolves also earned relay victories in the 4×200 and 4×800. Manawa’s strong day also included second-place finishes in the 4×75 and 4×400 relays, along with top-three finishes from Abby Elmhorst in the 100 hurdles and Zoe Ziemer in the triple jump.
The Weyauwega-Fremont Boys Track and Field team took 1st at Manawa. The Warhawks were led by Marcus Benjamin winning the 800-meter run and Mason McIvor taking first in the 300 hurdles. Broc Billington dominated the field events with victories in both discus and triple jump, while the Indians also won the 4×800 relay in 9:03.03. Weyauwega-Fremont added strong sprint performances from Andy Rosenwinkel, Tyson Quick, and Colby Magdanz, helping the team place third in the 4×100 relay.

@ Marinette Triangular

The Marinette Track and Field teams took 2nd at their home triangular on Thursday. On the boys side, Mason Hofherr won the 100-meter dash in 11.08 seconds, while the Marinette 4×100 relay team of Luke Adams, Mason Hofherr, Derek Montalvo, and Kaiden Brown took first with a time of 44.43. Jacob Sadowski added another win in the pole vault at 11 feet, 3 inches, while Frank Feliciano swept the horizontal jumps with victories in the long jump and triple jump.
For the Marinette girls, Bailey Krouth dominated the sprints by winning the 100, 200, and 400-meter races, while Sophia Borths added runner-up finishes in both the 100 and 200 before winning the triple jump. Jaydn Sherwood swept the throwing events with victories in both shot put and discus, and Makyna Matthews captured first place in the pole vault. Marinette also earned second-place finishes in both the 4×100 and 4×200 relays.
