Tigerton 10, Marion 4
Tigerton used a big first two innings to pull away for a 10-4 win over Marion in Tuesday’s conference matchup. Tigerton scored three runs in the first and added six more in the second inning to build an early cushion. Danika Tiller led the way at the plate, going 2-for-4 with two doubles and an RBI, while Renata Nordwig added two hits and two RBIs. Tigerton also drew 10 walks and finished with nine hits in the win. Marion was led by Bailee Miller and Ella Stuhr with two hits apiece, while Josie Gueths added two hits and an RBI. Danika Tiller also struck out 10 batters in a complete-game effort, allowing just one earned run.

Iola-Scandinavia 15, Shiocton 4
Iola-Scandinavia pulled away late with an eight-run sixth inning to defeat Shiocton 15-4 in CWC softball action Tuesday night. The Chiefs collected 11 hits in the loss, led by Brenna Beilfuss who went 3-for-4 with a double, triple and RBI, while Lana Arneson and Ashlee Neubert each added two hits. Shiocton stayed within striking distance early after scoring runs in the first and second innings and trailed just 5-2 entering the sixth. Braelyn Jueds paced the Thunderbirds with a perfect 5-for-5 performance and four runs scored, while Brylee Jueds drove in four runs for Iola-Scandinavia.

Menasha 6, Shawano 4 – Game 1
Shawano battled back twice but came up short in an extra-inning 6-4 loss to Menasha on Tuesday night. The Hawks erased a 3-0 deficit with a two-run fourth inning and later tied the game again in the sixth after RBI hits from Gracee Johnson and Ayanna O’Kimosh. Amiyah O’Kimosh led Shawano offensively with a triple, while Johnson added a double as the Hawks finished with seven hits. Menasha broke the tie with two runs in the top of the eighth inning before holding Shawano scoreless in the bottom half to seal the win. Kadence Meyers and Lily Bubolz combined for 123 strikes in the circle for the Hawks, who dropped to 15-7 on the season.

#18 Luxemburg-Casco 4, Freedom 3 – Game 1
Luxemburg-Casco held off a late Freedom rally Tuesday night to hand the Irish a 4-3 conference loss. The Spartans collected nine hits, including home runs from Gracie Jandrin and Karsyn Walyczyk, while Claire Schleis added three hits and scored twice. Freedom stayed within striking distance behind solo home runs from Jovie Smith and Jaylin Gribble, with Smith finishing 2-for-3 at the plate. The Irish scored twice in the bottom of the seventh inning but couldn’t complete the comeback after being limited to five total hits. Jessa McArtney struck out eight in the complete-game effort for Freedom while allowing just two earned runs.
#18 Luxemburg-Casco 12, Freedom 6 – Game 2
Luxemburg-Casco completed the sweep of Freedom Tuesday with a 12-6 win in game two of their conference doubleheader. Luxemburg-Casco broke the game open with an eight-run sixth inning after the teams were tied closely through the first five frames. Alayna Deprez led the Spartans offensively with three hits, three RBIs and three doubles, while Claire Schleis, Stella Schleis and Karsyn Walyczyk each added multi-hit performances. Freedom answered with 13 hits of its own, including home runs from Jaylin Gribble and Kourtney Moeller, while Brooke Sowinski finished a perfect 4-for-4 at the plate. Jaylin Gribble drove in three runs for the Irish, but Luxemburg-Casco’s 17-hit attack proved too much to overcome.
