Bonduel’s boys track and field team put together an impressive meet with Mason Ballwahn leading the way by winning both the 200-meter dash and 400-meter dash, including a personal-best time of 50.95 seconds in the 400. Gage Anderson added a runner-up finish in the 1600 while Garrett Anderson placed fourth in the 3200, helping Bonduel score strong distance points throughout the day. The Bears also swept the top two spots in the 300 hurdles with Owen Burrack taking first and Gage Scholl finishing second, while Ryan Westrich dominated the throwing events by winning both shot put and discus. Bonduel’s relay teams also performed well, highlighted by second-place finishes in the 4×100, 4×400, and 4×800 relays.
Bonduel’s girls squad also had a standout performance led by Josie Pawlak, who won both the long jump and triple jump while also finishing second in the 200-meter dash and third in the 100. Peyton Westrich added a runner-up finish in the 100 and 800-meter run, while Paige Niquette placed second in the long jump and helped the Bears capture the 4×400 relay title alongside Westrich, Mariah Wondra, and Amelia Wilcox. Bonduel also swept the top two spots in the 3200-meter run with Lillian Burrack taking first and Kember Frome finishing second. Additional strong finishes came from Amelia Wilcox and Casey Wesenberg in the 300 hurdles, along with solid field event performances from Morgan Staszak and Elena Schultz in the throws.

Wolf River Lutheran boys took 2nd at Rosholt in a 3 team invite. Wolf River Lutheran’s boys track and field team turned in several strong performances led by Caleb Bohmbach, who finished second in both the 110 hurdles and 300 hurdles while also taking third in the long jump. Bohmbach added a personal-best time in the 100-meter dash as part of a busy day for the Wolves. Erick Bohmbach recorded a personal-best in the 400-meter dash and also competed in the sprint and jumping events, while Mark Buchholz represented Wolf River Lutheran in the distance races with a third-place finish in the 3200-meter run. In the field events, Josh Lange posted a personal-best throw in the shot put.

The Weyauwega-Fremont Boys team defended home track with a 1st place finish yesterday. Marcus Benjamin highlighted the day by winning the 800-meter run in 2:08.67, while Mason McIvor captured the 300-meter hurdles title with a time of 44.89 seconds. The Warhawks also picked up relay victories in both the 4×400 and 4×800 relays, while Broc Billington won the triple jump and finished fourth in the long jump. Joshua Wagner added a runner-up finish in the 400 meters, and Gage Zietlow claimed the pole vault title with a personal-best clearance of 11 feet, 6 inches.

The Shiocton girls captured 1st place at Weyauwega-Fremont. Monica Young finished runner up in the 100, 200, and 400-meter races. The Chiefs also dominated the relay events, winning the 4×400 relay with the team of Cally Presteen, Kayley Carpenter, Natalie Young, and Sophia Hess finishing in 4:30.44. Bellah Young captured the shot put title with a personal-best throw of 37 feet, ½ inch, while the Chiefs added more field event success from Grace VanStraten in pole vault and Cordelia Monnot with a second-place finish in the triple jump. Shiocton also received strong hurdle performances from Kayley Carpenter and Emily Schley, while Wycovia Young placed third in the 3200-meter run with a personal-best time.

The Crivitz Wolverines Track and Field teams swept at Oconto on Monday. On the boys side, Brayden Sellen won the pole vault and helped lead the Wolverines to victories in the 4×100, 4×400, and 4×800 relays, while James Caine captured the 800-meter run and Cody Chapman swept the throwing events by winning both shot put and discus. Carson Weidner added a first-place finish in the 200-meter dash as Crivitz continued to dominate multiple events throughout the meet. For the girls, Kaylie Polzin won both the 200 and 400-meter races, Piper Wesner claimed the 100 hurdles title, and Kylah Betka took first in the pole vault while Madelyn Pouwels won the triple jump. Crivitz also picked up strong relay performances with runner-up finishes in the 4×100 and 4×200 relays while the 4×800 relay team placed second as well.
