Kathleen Ann Keller was born on September 7, 1956, in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin, daughter of the late Reginald and Dureen Keller, Sr. She attended school in Sparta and was united in marriage to David Bilek. Together, they were blessed with three sons. Kathy later married Joseph “Smokin’ Joe” Frasier on September 19, 1980, and together they welcomed two more sons, raising a family of five boys.
Kathy was a member of Family of Christ Assembly of God Church in Clintonville. She had a love for country and western music and enjoyed singing the songs that brought her joy. She was also a wonderful cook, known for feeding the people she loved. For a number of years, she operated Kathy’s Restaurant in Bear Creek, where her cooking and hospitality became part of the community. Whether at the restaurant, at church, or during family gatherings, Kathy showed love in practical ways — often through a warm meal, a helping hand, and a generous heart.
Her desire to care for others also led her to work as a CNA at Greentree Health and Rehabilitation in Clintonville. Kathy took pride in helping people while she was able, and she carried that same caring spirit into her relationships with family, friends, and neighbors.
In later years, as her health declined, Kathy spent more time at home. Even so, she found joy in the simple comforts of life — watching her favorite television shows and, most of all, receiving visits from her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her family was one of her greatest blessings, and she treasured the time she had with them.
Kathy is survived by her five sons: Aaron Bilek and his wife Anna, Jason Bilek and his wife Melissa, Jeremy Bilek, Joey Boothe and his husband Brandon, and Quinton Frasier and his partner Michelle Kelly; her grandchildren: Reginald Bilek, Sara Bilek, Hannah Bilek, Jason Bilek, Jr. and his wife Mikayla, Devin Bilek and his wife Alyssa, Samantha Bilek, Katie Boothe, Frasier Boothe, Quaid Frasier, and Quincy Frasier and his partner Camryn Labarge; her great-grandchildren: Amary, Everett, Eloise, Wrenn, Faith, Cullen, Tate, Owen, Oaklynn, and Atlas; her brothers, Gary Keller and his wife Sharon, and Joey Keller; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Reginald and Dureen Keller; her husbands, David Bilek and Joseph Frasier; and her brothers, Reginald Keller, Jr. and Roger Keller.
