The Bulldogs were especially impressive in the distance events, led by sophomore Braden Clarke, who won the 3200-meter run in 10:19.59 and added third-place finishes in both the 800 and 1600. New London also claimed first in the 4×400 relay as Kaden Bethke, Drew Peters, Cory Brooker and Collyn Elsholtz crossed in 3:38.94, while the Bulldogs’ 4×800 relay team also earned a victory in 9:04.45.
In the field events, Howard Roloff captured the shot put title with a throw of 47-1.5, while Preston Krueger won discus with a personal-best toss of 157-1. Joseph Daly tied for second in the high jump and added a sixth-place finish in the 300 hurdles. Jaxson Walz placed third in the 100-meter dash and fourth in the 200, while Cory Brooker finished runner-up in the long jump and triple jump.
