SHAWANO, WI- Traffic on East Green Bay Street in Shawano was redirected this afternoon due to a light pole laying across the road.
The accident was caused by a medical emergency from the driver who crashed into the light pole.
Shawano Police Chief Mike Musolff, “The driver who hit the pole was transported to the Shawano Hospital by ambulance.”
Shawano Police directed traffic around the scene, East Green Bay Street is open now with slight barricades around the area.
