David W. Henselin, age 79 of Menasha, formerly of Marion passed away Friday evening, March 20, 2026 at Oak Park Place in Menasha.
David William Henselin was born on September 13, 1946 in Shawano as the son of the late Frederick and Edna (Genskow) Henselin. He graduated from Marion High School with the Class of 1965 and went on to serve his country in the United States Army from 1966 until his discharge in 1968. David was united in marriage to Karen Genskow on June 6, 1970 at the St. John’s Lutheran Church in Marion where the couple were faithful members prior to transferring to Christus Lutheran Church in Clintonville. David was active at both parishes and rarely missed a Sunday. He was also a proud member of the Blashe-Peters-Tober American Legion Post #456 of Caroline. David worked as an agronomist for Farm Services (FS) out of Caroline and eventually retired from their Antigo facility after 47 years of service to the farming community. David usually took it upon himself to deliver the orders he sold as he always wanted to make sure his customers were satisfied. In his spare time, David enjoyed being in the outdoors hunting, gardening and lawn care, making maple syrup, golfing, or just taking a walk. He will be remembered for his faith, and as a hardworking man who was dedicated to his customers and family.
