New Dublin Irish Fest Set for Big Turnout

NEW DUBLIN, WI – All signs are pointing to a strong turnout for this year’s New Dublin Irish Fest, as organizers prepare for a full day of celebration this Saturday.
Anne Stedman with the Shamrock Club of New Dublin says excitement is building, highlighted by a packed parade lineup. “We have over 111 entries in our parade this year that starts at 1 p.m. in downtown New Dublin,” Stedman said.
Festivities will run from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., featuring the popular Irish Fest tent located in the Festival Foods parking lot, offering a heated space for visitors to gather, enjoy entertainment, and celebrate Irish culture. The Grand Parade will step off at 1 p.m., serving as the centerpiece of the day’s events.
As crowds are expected to be large, organizers are also focused on making sure everyone can enjoy the event safely. Stedman says shuttle services will be available throughout the area.
“Those shuttles will stop at Pup’s Irish Pub and other hot spots to help people get around safely and enjoy the celebration at night,” Stedman said.
