SHAWANO, WI – The Shawano Country Chamber is preparing to mark a major milestone as it celebrates its 100th anniversary on Thursday, February 26.
The centennial celebration will recognize the Chamber’s century of service to local businesses and the community, while also honoring outstanding leaders and organizations from the past year. Mike Morse of Bonduel State Bank will reveal this year’s award winners during the event.
Executive Director Suzanne Whitman will present awards for Service Business of the Year, Small Business of the Year, Business of the Year, and Distinguished Citizen of the Year. In addition, Sam Sperberg of SAYPRO will present the Young Professional of the Year award.
The event is held at the Menominee Casino and Resort in Keshena from 5pm-10pm.
The anniversary celebration is expected to bring together business leaders, community members, and supporters to reflect on 100 years of growth and look ahead to the Chamber’s future in Shawano County.
