WAUPACA COUNTY, WI – Governor Tony Evers has appointed Diane Meulemans to serve on the Waupaca County Circuit Court. She will fill the Branch 3 vacancy created by the passing of Judge Raymond S. Huber and will serve a term through July 31, 2027.
Meulemans has served as Waupaca County’s Corporation Counsel since 2014. In that role, she has represented county officials and departments while handling cases involving child welfare, guardianship, and protective services. Her work has focused on protecting vulnerable individuals and providing legal guidance across a wide range of county matters.
State officials say Meulemans brings years of public service experience to the bench, continuing a long career in local government law.
