APPLETON, WI- The company serving as contractor on the Shawano School District’s referendum projects is now part of a larger Fox Valley firm. Kaukauna-based Keller Inc. announced Monday it has acquired Appleton-based Hoffman Planning, Design & Construction Inc. Financial terms were not disclosed. Hoffman will keep its name and continue operating out of its Appleton office. The companies say all current projects, including work for the Shawano School District, will continue without disruption to timelines or project teams.
