Shawano Schools To Hear From Community Tonight

SHAWANO, WI- Shawano School District residents are being reminded about a community listening session on the district’s budget challenges happening tonight. The School Board Special Meeting and Listening Session begins at 5 p.m. in the District Office Community Room on South Union Street. District leaders say the session gives community members a chance to share ideas, opinions, and concerns directly with school board members and administrators. Each speaker will be given up to three minutes to ensure everyone has a chance to be heard. Officials encourage residents to attend and take part in the discussion about the district’s financial future.
