CLINTONVILLE, WI – Clintonville residents and businesses are once again brightening the community as the annual Light Up Clintonville holiday lighting contest gets underway. The event, organized by the Clintonville Parks and Recreation Department in partnership with the Clintonville Area Chamber of Commerce, encourages participants to deck out their homes and storefronts for a chance to win Chamber Bucks that can be spent at local businesses.
Homeowners can compete for honors such as Mayor’s Choice, Best in District, and a Citywide Winner, while local businesses have their own categories including Mayor’s Choice and Best Business. This year’s contest also features online public voting, allowing community members to help choose their favorite displays.
Registration for the contest officially closed yesterday, and judging will take place in the days ahead as Clintonville transforms into a festive showcase of holiday spirit.
