SHAWANO, WI – SAYPRO President Sam Sperberg is encouraging workplaces and community members across Shawano to nominate outstanding young professionals for this year’s Young Professional Award. Sperberg says the nomination form is now live on the organization’s website, offering a chance to recognize individuals who excel in their careers, support nonprofits, and give back to the community. Applications are due December 1st.
Once nominations close, the SAYPRO board will begin its review process. Board member Vaughn Bohm says all identifying information is removed before voting to ensure an unbiased selection.
This year’s Young Professional Award winner will be announced at the Shawano Country Chamber of Commerce Banquet on February 26th. SAYPRO is also encouraging its members to increase their community involvement by volunteering to deliver meals to SAM25, an effort the organization will fully fund.
