Menominee Indian Girls: Energy and Defense Set the Tone for 2025–26
The Menominee Nation High School Girls Basketball Preview Spotlight is presented by Bay Bank with locations in Keshena and Green Bay.
Menominee Nation finished 14–12 last season and returns major scoring power despite losing four seniors. Head coach Warren Wilber said the Eagles bring back three starters, all coming off strong summers, with at least one already committed to play at the next level. Wilber said the biggest void left by last year’s seniors is energy, something he’s challenging this year’s group to match every night. He added that success in the tough CWC East will come down to defense: “As long as we start on defense, we’ll be just fine.” With Urijih Reevis leading the way, the Eagles look capable of finishing near the top of the conference once again.
