Shiocton Chiefs Look to Stay Near Top of CWC East

Shiocton finished just above .500 last season, and head coach Adam Ligocki believes the Chiefs have the pieces to keep pushing forward. The team returns key contributors, including all-conference-level players Brady Signler and Kyle Brixbaw, along with senior Eli Jorgensen, who logged major minutes a year ago. Competing in the tough CWC East, with perennial contenders Bonduel and Iola-Scandinavia at the top, Ligocki says the Chiefs are excited for the challenge and the later-season matchups that could help them build momentum. Ligocki expects Shiocton to remain in the upper half of the conference and hopes this group can come together for a strong league run and a postseason push. With returning experience, size, and shooting, the Chiefs are poised for another competitive season.
