Oconto Falls Boys: Beeman & Pitlesky Lead the Charge

Oconto Falls returns one of the Northeastern’s strongest backcourts with Jamison Beeman and JJ Pitlesky, two players who head coach Ross Kruszewski says had “a pretty good offseason” and are ready to take their game “to the next level.” With opponents expected to key in on the duo, Kruszewski says others will need to step up, especially after losing captains Evan Yuma, Chase Carravo, and Emrick Scarban to graduation. “Leadership is a big thing for us this year,” Kruszewski said. “We need some guys to take on those roles.” Despite the challenge of a tough Northeastern Conference, Kruszewski believes the Panthers can compete top to bottom — and having Beeman and Pitlesky gives them the confidence to do it.
