Seymour Man Killed After Being Struck by Dump Truck

A Seymour man was killed in a construction accident in Minnesota Thursday.
The Minnesota State Patrol says 25-year-old Adam Smith was struck by a dump truck that was backing up in a construction zone near Highway 610 and Maple Grove Parkway by Interstate 94. Authorities confirmed Smith, a contractor, was wearing a helmet at the time.
The incident remains under investigation.
