TIGERTON, WI – The Tigerton community is rallying to support three families displaced by a recent fire.
At Main Street Diner, donations have been steadily coming in to help those affected. A waitress at the diner described some of the generosity she’s seen. “Shoes. And there was also I think there was a couple of some gift cards in there. Somebody said there was the gift cards, and children’s toys they had,” she said.
The families were able to sort through the donations, keeping the items they needed most. The remaining items were donated to help others in the community.
In addition to clothing and toys, residents have been contributing gift cards and essentials to ease the recovery process. Donation drives will continue in the coming days as Tigerton works to provide long-term support for the families.
