ABBYBANK WELCOMES REBECCA KUCZER AS SHAWANO BRANCH MANAGER

SHAWANO, WI- AbbyBank is pleased to welcome Rebecca Kuczer as Branch Manager at our Shawano location. With six years of banking experience and a background in owning and operating a farm for much of her adult life, Rebecca brings a strong foundation in financial literacy, time management, hard work, and problem-solving to her new role. Her focus on customer relationships and community involvement makes her a great fit for the Shawano team.
Rebecca’s approach to banking is centered around people. She is passionate about creating a welcoming environment and believes that getting to know each customer personally helps build trust and lasting relationships. Her leadership will help ensure Shawano customers continue to receive the personalized support and service they’ve come to expect from AbbyBank.

Originally from Krakow, WI, Rebecca now lives in Clintonville with her family and has called it home for the past three years. She is an active supporter of the 4-H community and believes that volunteering is most meaningful when it’s a part of everyday life—a value she shares with AbbyBank.

Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys biking, kayaking, reading, and vegetable gardening. When winter rolls in, she’s just as
happy embracing a well-earned nap and cozy downtime with her family.
