SHAWANO, WI- Authorities in Shawano are treating the death of a man discovered along a local trail as suspicious.
Police say they were called shortly before 7 a.m. Wednesday to the Mountain Bay Trail on the city’s east side for a report of an unresponsive male.
When officers arrived, they found a 43-year-old man dead near the side of the trail.
The circumstances surrounding his death remain under investigation, and police are classifying the case as suspicious.
