SHAWANO, WI – Artificial intelligence is making its mark everywhere, from classrooms to offices and nearly every corner of daily life, and a local group is inviting the community to explore its impact. The Shawano Area Young Professionals, or SayPro, will host an event at Ho-Chunk in Wittenberg on September 17 to dive into the future of AI and what it means for local businesses.
SayPro President and Chair Sam Sperberg says the evening will center on how AI is changing business operations, from organizing tasks to saving time and improving efficiency. “It’s so crazy how much you use AI right now,” Sperberg said. “Some people have a negative response to it because they don’t know all about it. We’re just trying to open it up more, educate people, and show how it can help you be more efficient.”
The event begins with networking from 4 to 6 p.m., followed by presentations from Shawano Schools, the Community Education Initiative, and Tanduo Technical Partner. Speakers will share how AI is influencing the community and shaping the future.
