Belle Plaine Man to Face Trial in October for Alleged Sexual Assault of Daughter

SHAWANO, WI- A Belle Plaine man accused of sexually assaulting his daughter will face trial starting October 28 in Shawano County. Dylan Konitzer, 34, faces charges including first-degree sexual assault of a child under 13, incest, and exposing genitals. His attorney requested a jury trial, which is expected to last three days. Konitzer is being held on a $50,000 cash bond as the case moves forward. The charges stem from alleged abuse that took place over several months, beginning when the victim turned 12.
