Softball: Coleman Falls, Kaukauna Continues

MADISON, WI- Fall Creek scored 7 runs in the second and 5 runs in the third, and that was all that was needed for a 12-0 win over Coleman. The game was the first in school history for the Cougars, who had a hard time connecting with Fall Creek pitcher Grace Herrem. The Cougars only came away with two hits as Madelyn Straub and Norah Kinzinger both had singles. Courtney Den Ruyter only gave up five hits, but surrendered 9 walks in the game.

Kaukauna extended their win streak to 108 straight games with a 9-0 win over Hamilton. Taryn Christopher was 4 for 4 with a double and two triples. Pitcher Karly Meredith was lights out 13 strikeouts and only giving up two hits.
