WAUPACA, WI- A 70-year-old man is currently held in Waupaca County jail on a $2 million cash bond, facing serious charges of homicide and sexual assault.
Darwin L. Huebner Sr., a resident of rural Clintonville, has been charged with second-degree reckless homicide and second-degree sexual assault of an intoxicated victim, both felony offenses.
A conviction for the sexual assault charge could result in a prison sentence of up to 40 years.
Additionally, Huebner is facing separate charges, including three felony counts of possession of child pornography.
