Deputies responded to reports of erratic driving on Highway 22. Husted allegedly fled a traffic stop, prompting a high-speed chase. Despite tire deflation efforts, he evaded capture. Later, at his home, Husted allegedly resisted officers, wielding a hammer. Subdued after non-lethal force, he appeared in court on March 22. Judge Michael set bail at $50,000. Husted’s preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 11.
