KESHENA- Human skeletal remains found on October 30, 2023, within the confines of the Menominee Indian Reservation have now been positively identified as belonging to Dean A. Ford, as revealed by an announcement from the Menominee Tribal Police Department on March 20.
Dean A. Ford, aged 31, hailed from the lineage of the Menominee Indian Tribe of Wisconsin. Details regarding the duration of Ford’s absence or the length of time the remains had lain undiscovered at the location were not disclosed.
It is presumed that Ford resided either within the reservation or in Shawano prior to his disappearance, as he had connections in both locales.
The case is under active investigation as a potential homicide by both tribal authorities and the Federal Bureau of Investigations.
