WAUPACA, WI- In the aftermath of a shooting incident in Clintonville, two individuals are now facing serious felony charges. Austin S. Dismuke, aged 20, hailing from Menasha, and Ashton R. Tody, aged 21, a resident of Clintonville, have been charged in connection with the altercation. Dismuke faces an array of charges, including three counts of first-degree reckless endangerment, alongside charges of carrying a concealed weapon and disorderly conduct. On the other hand, Tody faces charges of first-degree reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct.
The incident, which occurred on March 1, prompted swift action from local law enforcement. Clintonville police responded to reports of gunfire in the vicinity of Anne and 15th streets shortly after 5 p.m. Witnesses recounted a tense situation involving armed individuals, leading to shots being fired before all parties fled the scene.
