CLINTONVILLE, WI- Two people were taken into custody in connection to a weapons call on Friday in Clintonville. The Calumet County Sheriff’s department located a person of interest and one of the weapons believed to be involved in the incident on Saturday.
The Calumet County Sheriff’s Department took the 20-year-old Menasha man into custody. He was transported to the Waupaca County Jail and booked on three counts of reckless endangering safety with the use of a firearm, as well as disorderly conduct.
Clintonville police also executed a search warrant at a residence on Anne Street in Clintonville. Police took a 21-year-old Clintonville man into custody for probation and parole warrant, party to a crime of reckless endangerment with the use of a firearm, as well as disorderly conduct.
The investigation is ongoing.
