WAUPACA, WI- Michael R. Jameson, a 69-year-old resident of Waupaca, and Monica Mae Baillod, 35, from Appleton, face charges related to the operation of a drug trafficking venue, along with charges of possessing cocaine, THC, a controlled substance, and drug paraphernalia.
On July 27, law enforcement officers from Waupaca County executed a search warrant at Jameson’s residence on Carmany Lane in the town of Farmington.
The criminal complaint details that on July 26, the Waupaca County Communications Center received two 911 calls regarding an unconscious woman around 6 p.m. The initial caller requested an ambulance but later canceled, believing the woman had merely suffered from excessive sun exposure and had since regained consciousness.
Subsequently, a second caller reported that the woman was once again unconscious and required immediate medical attention.
