CLINTONVILLE, WI- During the recent Clintonville Public School District Board of Education gathering on October 10th, a series of significant developments and decisions were unveiled.
Several parties have expressed their interest in acquiring the Rexford Longfellow building and its associated property. These interested parties have been duly notified of the requirement to submit a formal, written offer alongside proof of available funds. As of the present moment, we have received written offers exclusively for portions of the property and not for the entirety of the building and land.
Furthermore, it has been decided that the Clintonville School District will proactively reach out to all potential buyers and emphasize the necessity of submitting their written offers and proof of funds to Troy Kuhn, the Superintendent, before November 1, 2023. These offers will be meticulously reviewed during the Board of Education meeting scheduled for November 13, 2023. Any offers received after the November 1, 2023 deadline will still be considered, albeit not during the aforementioned November 13, 2023 school board meeting. In the event that no acceptable offer is put forth during the November 13, 2023 Board of Education Meeting, the Board of Education will initiate discussions on listing the building and property with a licensed realtor.
