SHAWANO, WI- Road construction continues in Shawano. The intersection of Waukechon Street and Lieg Avenue will be closed through Thursday of this week.
Road construction work will continue this week with the road opening on Friday. Those who use this route should allow for more time to get to their destination. Parents access to Shawano School District drop offs and pickups could be impacted by this closure.
In addition, the asphalt paving of the CTH H / HHH project was completed on Friday and the roadway opened in the afternoon. The gravel shoulder and center and edge line painting will be completed under traffic with flagging operations, Monday and Tuesday of this week.
