PULASKI, WI- Pulaski High School experienced a tense morning on Friday when it was evacuated for approximately two hours in response to a vague bomb threat received via email. Local law enforcement responded promptly to ensure the safety of students, staff, and the school premises.
Around 8:30 a.m., school authorities received an email, containing a non-specific threat claiming the presence of a bomb within the school building. As a precautionary measure, the decision was made to evacuate the school immediately, prioritizing the safety of all individuals present on campus.
Local police, along with bomb disposal units, were swiftly dispatched to the scene to assess the situation. A thorough search of the entire school premises was conducted, with the goal of identifying any potential threat.
After an investigation, which involved the use of specialized equipment and canine units trained in bomb detection, no suspicious person, item, or activity was discovered within the school. Authorities confirmed that there was no immediate danger to students, staff, or the school itself.
At approximately 10:30 a.m., after ensuring that the premises were secure and there was no imminent threat, authorities gave the all-clear signal. Students and staff were allowed to re-enter the school building, relieved to return to their daily routines.
