WAUPACA, WI- A not guilty plea was entered on Tuesday for Jordan Peters, a 19-year-old who stands accused of the first-degree intentional homicide of his mother, Angela Zahn. The alleged incident occurred on September 4, 2023.
During a preliminary hearing held on Tuesday, an officer provided testimony that led to Peters being bound over for trial. Following this, an arraignment was conducted, during which Peters opted to stand mute before the court. Consequently, Judge Vicki Clussman entered a not guilty plea on his behalf, as reflected in court records.
