COLEMAN, WI- The Wisconsin Department of Justice has confirmed that a missing Oconto County man has been found safe. A Silver Alert was issued for 91-year-old Russel Albert on Tuesday morning. It was believed that the man has dementia. Authorities confirmed that he was found safe shortly after the alert was issued.
