A man who is CEO of some local acute care facilities has been indicted in federal court on 12 counts of health care, wire and mail fraud.
Kevin Breslin of New Jersey has businesses that include Atrium Post Acute Care of Shawano at Birch Hill, at Evergreen and at Maple Lane, as well as Atrium Post Acute Care of Oconto Falls.
