Carol “Impy” Beilke, age 68, of Tigerton, passed away on Sunday, January 22, 2023, in Wausau.
Carol Ann Moenke was born on April 15, 1954, at Tigerton Cooperative Hospital to Gilbert and Marion (Larsen) Moenke. Impy graduated from Bowler High School with the class of 1972. After high school she attended Wausau Area Technical College, studying to be a nutritionist. In 1973 she married Dale Beilke and started a family. Along the way Impy held many different jobs.
Family was everything to Impy. She cared for her mother until the end – something only certain people can do. She was always there for her family, no matter what.
Motorcycling was a passion of Impy’s. She was very proud of her Harley-Davidson “Sportster” and took many trips to Sturgis, Pennsylvania, Iowa, New York… and on and on. Impy was also an animal lover and she leaves behind her dog, “C’mon,” in the care of her daughter.
Survivors include her former husband, Dale; a daughter, Ann (Evan) Olson of Fond du Lac; and four siblings, Mary (Larry) Watters; Barbara “Mouse” (Marv) Windsor; Duane Moenke; and James “Kricket” (Kristina) Moenke.
Carol was preceded in death by her parents and nephews, Alex Watters and John Gauthier.
Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, February 4th at 1:00 PM at Beil-Didier Funeral Home, Tigerton, with Pastor John Hielsberg officiating. Visitation will be on Saturday from 11:00 AM until time of service at the funeral home.
