NORTHEAST, WI- COVID-19 numbers across Wisconsin continue to drop. The majority of the State, including most of Northeast Wisconsin is at a low transmission level. Four counties are in the medium category, including Brown, Kewaunee, Door and Marinette. At that level, the CDC recommends anyone at high risk consider taking precautions against the virus.
The Wisconsin Department of Health Services reported confirming 1,021 new cases on Thursday. The seven-day average rose to 863, its highest level since Oct. 8.
Seven-day average test positivity came in at 9.7%.
