MADISON, WI- The Big Ten Conference has confirmed that West Coast heavyweights U-S-C and U-C-L-A are coming on board. The move will reportedly start with the 2024 season. It will create a super-conference of 16 teams to compete with the Southeastern Conference. It isn’t clear what this will mean for the Pac-12. When Texas and Oklahoma announced their departure for the S-E-C the Big 12 took steps to add B-Y-U, Central Florida, Cincinnati, and Houston. U-S-C President Carol Folt says the move to the Big Ten will provide long-term success for both academics and athletics.
