The Republican National Convention narrowed the list of possible host cities for the 2024 G-O-P convention down to Milwaukee and Nashville. Politco reported the G-O-P site selection committee removed Salt Lake City as a contender last week. Milwaukee first submitted a bid to host the convention last December and has now outlasted several other locations including Pittsburgh. Shawano County Republican Party Chairman Rich Kucksdorf said this is exciting news because people coming to Wisconsin will be able to see a Brewer Game, or the Packer Hall Of Fame or some other site seeing, he said it will be a big economic impact if Milwaukee is chosen
