GREEN BAY, WI (Wisconsin Radio Network)- The Packers have signed linebacker De’Vondre Campbell to a five-year, 50-million dollar contract and edge rusher Preston Smith to a restructured deal. The team has to make several adjustments to get under the N-F-L salary cap by Wednesday. It released All-Pro Za’Darius Smith and solid offensive lineman Billy Turner Monday. Green Bay is expected to work on an agreement with All-Pro wide receiver Davante Adams who has said he won’t play under the franchise tag. That means the Packers will have to find another seven-to-eight-million dollars to fit him under the cap
