SHAWANO, WI- A Shawano County campground owner won’t be getting her three-thousand-dollar cash bond returned. Court officials say Ann Retzlaff keeps failing to show up.
A judge ruled Wednesday that her bond would be forfeited. There’s an arrest warrant out in Retzlaff’s name.
This dates back to a May traffic stop when she was pulled over for failing to stop at a traffic light. She missed two court appearances in October and one just before Thanksgiving. When she didn’t show up Wednesday, she lost her money.
For now, Retzlaff still isn’t in custody.
