GREEN BAY, WI- (Wisconsin Radio Network) – Six days after the Packers signed veteran cornerback Quinton Dunbar to the team’s practice squad, he’s out and a new edge rusher is in. Dunbar had been signed last Wednesday. Green Bay needed to make room for edge rusher Aaron Adeoye after a Monday tryout. The undrafted free agent spent his first two N-F-L seasons with the Baltimore Ravens – mostly on that team’s practice squad. The move was made after the Packers got an encouraging first-game performance by Rasul Douglas against the Bears. Also, Kevin King is considered day-to-day as he recovers from a shoulder injury, and he could be available for Sunday’s game against Washington. An oblique injury suffered by Preston Smith has made the outside linebacker position a thin one.
