HORTONVILLE, WI- A raccoon that made contact with some equipment at a We Energies substation Friday morning ended up causing a power outage.
The Hortonville School District had to start class 2-hours late and the Shiocton School District had to begin an hour late.
Crews began restoring power around 7:30 AM.
