SHAWANO, WI – Two people have been taken into custody after drugs and drug paraphernalia were located at a residence in the 600 block of East Center Street in Shawano.
On Friday, June 25, 2021, at approximately 7:15 a.m., Officers of the Shawano Police Department executed a search warrant at the residence and located approximately 19.5 pounds of THC/Marijuana, $54,410 in cash, digital scales, and additional drug paraphernalia were located and seized.
The two subjects were arrested in connection to this matter and transported to the Shawano County Jail, where they are being held. A request for criminal charges will be made to the Shawano County District Attorney’s Office for possession of THC/Marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, possession of THC/Marijuana with intent to deliver, and maintaining a
drug trafficking place.
This investigation was conducted through the continuous efforts of the Shawano Area Drug Taskforce.
