MENOMINEE, MI (Wisconsin Radio Network) – Three Wisconsin men have been arrested in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula on drug charges. Twenty-four-year-old Kyle Patrick Smith of Madison, 27-year-old Mikeal Scantlin of Marinette, and 44-year-old Romulus Adonis Ard of Oconto were taken into custody during a methamphetamine bust. Smith and Scantlin are each charged with five felonies and each charge carries a possible sentence of up to 20 years in prison. The arrests were made Friday when a search warrant was executed in Menominee, Michigan. Authorities found a clandestine meth lab in the basement of a home.
